1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer shipping to multiple destinations. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment.

3. Free Shipping
We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to the United States, Australia, and Europe with a subtotal of $39 USD or more after any discounts are applied.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
5. Taxes
All customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (where applicable) for this order are covered by PawPaw Palace. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, please contact us immediately at Customer@pawpawanimal.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage.
- Lost: If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it remains missing, contact us for assistance.
